About Lotty
Stephen “Lotty” Lott is a highly relational and innovative leader and a passionate and gifted speaker who brings an empowering of the generations into all of his spheres of influence. Lotty has a passion for mission and chaplaincy; having worked and volunteered as a Chaplain in high schools and sporting communities. One of his greatest joys is having raised up and released leaders that have continued into significant roles in churches across our nation.
History
Born in Bangalore India and raised on the Coffs Coast of NSW, Lotty has been a part of LifeHouse Church for over three decades. His journey of leadership began as the Youth Pastor of LifeHouse, then into church planter (LifeHouse Moree, 2012), followed by State Director of Youth Alive NSW.
Then in June 2018, Lotty and his wife Cie took on the role of Senior Pastors of LifeHouse, a church that gathers at five locations across Northern NSW, whose community arm includes six op-shops, seven food pantries and the CareHouse and whose initiatives include The PlayHouse, LifeHouse Creative Arts, and Lilyrose Pregnancy Support. Lotty has also served as a member of the State Executive since 2020.​
Lotty and Cie have been married for 24 years, have four amazing children and love living in “paradise” on the Coffs Coast where you’ll find Lotty playing soccer alongside his teammates as the Coffs Coast’s number one undefeated goalkeeper (Masters Division of course 😉).
